The fact of providing this Consent is the filling in of the registration form on the website by the subject of personal data with additionally written text in the checkbox “ By clicking on the button, you consent to the processing of personal data and agree with the privacy policy ” and sending it to the Operator.
The operator for processing personal data is “ Self-employed Lutsevich Stanislav Aleksandrovich ” , address 220077, Republic of Belarus, 220077, Minsk, Golodeda St., 77, (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
The subject of personal data provides the Operator with consent to process his/her personal data under the following conditions:

• ensuring compliance with legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, including for the performance of functions and duties assigned to the Operator by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
• conclusion, execution and termination of contracts;

• sending notifications about services, commercial offers, advertising and informational messages;

The processing of personal data may be carried out for other purposes if this is necessary in connection with ensuring compliance with the law.

3. List of personal data for the processing of which consent is given:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• email address;
• telephone number, fax;
• registration address/place of residence.
• other information (the specified list may be shortened or expanded depending on the specific case and the purposes of processing).

4. The basis for processing personal data are:
Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 07.05.2021 N 99-Z "On the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Law);
Law of the Republic of Belarus of 10.11.2008 N 455-Z "On information, informatization and information protection";
Operator's personal data processing policy;
other legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and regulatory documents of authorized state authorities.

5. List of actions that will be performed with personal data during processing: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, provision, deletion of personal data.

6. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties:

• in an anonymous form for the purpose of evaluating and analyzing the operation of systems, providing personal recommendations, and setting up advertising campaigns;
• third parties, such as a domain name registry or SSL certificate provider, to provide the services (third party product and service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are not allowed to use personal data for other purposes);
• to authorized state authorities of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the legislation.

7. The period for processing personal data is determined by the period for achieving the purposes of processing personal data, except in cases where the period for processing personal data is established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus or by an agreement concluded (being concluded) with the subject of personal data, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations established by such an agreement.

8. The Operator shall cease processing personal data in connection with the achievement of the purposes of processing personal data, the expiration of the period for processing personal data, in connection with the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data (in the absence of grounds for processing personal data), and also in cases of detection of illegal processing of personal data.

9. The subject of personal data has the right to:

• receive information regarding the processing of his personal data;
• require the Operator to make changes to their personal data if the personal data is incomplete, unreliable, or inaccurate;
• receive information about the provision of your personal data to third parties free of charge, once a year;
• revoke their consent to the processing of personal data, except for cases when the processing of personal data is provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, or when the processing of the personal data of the subject is necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the Company under contracts concluded with the subject of personal data, or with a client/counterparty of the Company associated with the subject of personal data, which is a legal entity.

10. In order to exercise the powers provided for in paragraph 9, the personal data subject is obliged to submit to the Operator an application, signed in person, at the location of the Operator, or send it by registered mail, or in the form of an electronic document.
The application must contain

• Full name of the applicant;
• date of birth of the applicant;
• the identification number of the applicant, and in the absence of such a number, the number of the identity document of the applicant, in cases where this information was indicated when giving consent to the Operator or if the processing of personal data is carried out without the consent of the subject of personal data;
• statement of the essence of the requirements;
• personal signature or electronic digital signature of the applicant.

11. “ Self-employed Lutsevich Stanislav Aleksandrovich ” when processing personal data takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data by third parties.
